Ct 1203 validate clean synptpic

Description

• Added validation when importing a new SVG
• Removed variable references
• Removed unuseful buttons (configure, undo, redo, new synoptic)
• Modified Edit button to Stop button
• Modified export function. Now it exports only the svg file
• Modified SVG extension. Now when a user import a SVG, the extension is not part of the name of the synoptic
