  1. Change cpptango version from 10.0.0dev0 to 10.0.0dev* We don't overwrite the dev0 version anymore. The recipe now uses a version, based on the same model as setuptools-scm: <version>dev<distance>+g<git sha>. The dev version will increase with the distance to last tag. Current version is 10.0.0dev415+g0adf58a2.

  2. Many conda channels were copied in all micromamba commands. Remove the ones that were not needed.
