WIP: Tent interiors

Singest requested to merge Singest/sourceoftales:tent_interiors into master

This merge request is for adding interiors to the tents in the rebel camp. I am creating it early so that people can go ahead and give feedback because I am not super confidant about the interior designs. Currently, it adds interiors and warps for all the tents, extends the last one so it can be a command tent, and decorates the first two.
