Image sharing consent
Adds a new field to the user profile allowing the user to give or not give consent to have images of them shared on our social media. Adds a new view which promkom will have access to, to see who has and who hasn't consented. Temporarily adds a form to the sidebar to update your consent, to try to get a lot of people to update their consent quickly. Normally this is specified through your user profile.
