chore: Remove broken link

Ferenc Géczi requested to merge ferenc.gm/banking:chore/cleanup-rotten-link into master

The subdomain hbci4java.kapott.org doesn't seem to be resolvable anymore,
and by checking the parent domain there is no sign of an alternative test server.
