Make tree size depend on soil quality

Until now, soil quality only affected tree growth rate, and some players never noticed or cared about soil quality. This changes how trees grow in such a way that the final size of the tree depends on the soil quality, which should make it more likely that players will notice that soil depth and quality affects trees.
