Add lode crate and form to metallic group

Since the shelf registrations don't use nodecore.register_lode(), they are missing the metallic group which would allow them to act as near-perfect lux shielding. Not only would this be more consistent (it seems odd that a single bar would block more than a crate...), it would add another justification for the expense of using lode crates in totes or as general storage.
