Fix some PyS2OPC documentation warnings + adapt check doc job for remaining warnings

The generation of documentation for PyS2OPC generates warnings:

  • Fix warnings
  • Avoid check doc job failing for warnings to be investigated
  • Open issue #1149 to fix the remaining warnings or adapt the check script to detect only fixable ones
