Ticket #1363: Remove unuseful code in treat_browse_result_one_source_1

In the operation treat_browse_result_one_source_1, the test of
out_BrowseResult_NodeId(browseResult_index) against undetermined value
is not useful. Indeed, expanded node Id in browse results are always
determined. The spec and implementation of this operation shall be then
corrected.
