Draft: RFE of kubevirt
This MR will introduce the RFE for kubevirt Idea is to list all the items needs to make kubevirt as production ready. Some of features, operations and procedures are already completed. Some of features might be requires or kept as optional. So with this RFE we can keep all things at one place and can pick from here which needs further work.
