update bootstrap manifests

After changes in the base flux kustomization in sylva-core we need to update the manifests here, or we have a CI test that fails and prevents merging MRs (see https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-elements/sylvactl/-/jobs/14243041489)
