Dump related inventory

Add the capability to dump inventory of related units.

If some unit included in the final dump of sylva has a specific annotation like:

sylvactl/dumpInventory: Kustomization/sylva-system/cluster,Kustomization/sylva-system/cluster-bmh

Include the related units in the dump.
