Allow sylvaUnitsSource.type to be mutable

This MR allows sylvaUnitsSource.type to be changed, so an existing SylvaUnitsRelease can switch between Git and OCI.

The CRD made the type immutable, which blocked moving a release from Git to OCI. This removes that rule, regenerates the CRD, and adds tests.

Edit: As discussed in !585 (comment 3378194456), no helmrelease changes are needed. Switching type moves the HR between spec.chart and spec.chartRef, and since the operator solely owns that HR, the old field is dropped automatically.
