We don't provide today a single OCI artifact containing both sylvaunits helm chart and kustomize-units.

This MR dynamically creates an ociRepo source targeting kustomize-units artifact when creating the sylvaUnits ociRepo.

It's imply having two artifacts named sylva-units and kustomize-units or it will not work.
