Align sylva-units HelmReleas deletion timeout with delete hook job ActiveDeadline

Similarily to what has been done in sylva-projects/sylva-core!2679 (merged), we should ensure that sylva-units helmreleases produced by this operator have a deletion timeout consistent with the one defined in pre-delete hook
