What does this MR do and why?

Increase sylva-units helmRelease delete timeout for workload clusters to ensure that it will be greater than delete-kustomisation Job activeDeadline timeout defined in pre-delete hook.

Otherwise chart delete may succeed as job has not yet failed when helmRelease delete timeout occurs.

For now this timeout is static, but we'll be able to refine that when chart will be created by sylva-units-operator
