Extend cloud-init-growpart element capabilities

With this MR, cloud-init-growpart element will be able to better detect the disk to be extended.

The partition number can be a static value due to the fact that is the third entry that we declare during the build process https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-elements/diskimage-builder/-/blob/main/kanod_image_builder/elements/block-device-rke2-lvm/block-device-default.yaml#L5-24
