Reorganize values files to fit with sylva-core!2366

This MR make CI values alignement with sylva-projects/sylva-core!2906 (merged)

It renames/regroups CI values according to deployment flavor/options defined in sylva-core deployment.

  • common.yml is applied systematically for all deployments
  • node-os-suse.yaml or node-os-ubuntu.yml is applied depending on requested node OS
  • ha.yml, light-deploy, kubevirt.yml, sriov.yml, ... are created/renamed in order to fit with option names as defined in sylva-core

Note: we could have added infra-provider specific values (such as capo.yml, capd.yml but it was not needed at the moment)

This MR is prerequisite for sylva-core!2366
