Draft: adding deployment option for minio-logging-xfs testing

This MR is adding minio-logging-xfs option to be used when minio-logging xfs storageclass is used.

This MR serve the purpose of testing from release-1.6 to release-1.7 . In release-1.6 old storageclass will be used for minio-logging and release-1.7 will use new storageclass (XFS based). The testcase which will consume this option is included sylva-core MR sylva-projects/sylva-core!7409
