Use Ceph CSIs for real-bmh platform

Switches the real-bmh scenario to use:

  • mgmt cluster:
    • ceph-csi-rbd as primary CSI
    • longhorn as secondary CSI to test disk configuration
  • wkld cluster:
    • ceph-csi-cephfs as primary CSI
    • longhorn as secondary

Indirectly depends on: sylva-projects/sylva-elements/container-images/ci-image!454 (merged)

Tested in sylva-projects/sylva-core!8661 (merged)
