Add an additional time in order to enhance the timeout manipulation for virt-leaseweb

As reported in sylva-projects/sylva-core#4399 , there is a need of increasing the timeout on virt-leaseweb which has been proved as insufficient. The initial agreed upon value was 1.1 and will be kept under observation for future improvements.
