revert "make HA the default and keep ha as compatibility no-op"

We need a clean tag usable by sylva-core release-1.7.

The 0.6.0 tag created after !458 (merged) can't be used because it contains !452 (merged) that does not work.

The 0.5.104 can't be used because it does not contain !458 (merged).

This MR reverts !452 (merged) so that we have content that can be used for release-1.7. Once this merges, we'll be able to tag 0.6.1.
