Fix miniserve on leapmicro

bn/debug-node-logs into main

To fix the issue a quick solution is to use systemd-run. /opt/dump/miniserve.log will be removed because miniserve cannot write to that location due to wrong selinux context. Confirmed with @mederic.deverdilhac that can be removed.

Tested on CAPO here https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-core/-/jobs/13796086753, node logs are collected.
