CAPO misc set machine_deployments to 4

We have detected OOMs on CI capo misc runs.
A quick change is to increase the number of machine deployments only for this type of run (capo/misc).

This configuration was not successfully tested due to other issues on misc runs. Nevertheless, I believe it is safe to make this change (we can still revisit this parameter and decrease the number of MD in the futur)
