Remove redundant unit enabling YAMLs

Since the merge of sylva-projects/sylva-core!5856 (merged), we can now enable units dynamically in our CI runs, without having to use the 🛠️ option in the description.

As an effect of this change, this MR is removing the redundant YAMLs that were enabling different units in our CI runs.
