Add backup values

Fix: !1785

This MR add a values file dedicated to test backups.

  • It deploys a Minio tenant
  • It generates a custom ca and cert assigned to the Minio tenant ingress
  • It configure backups

To check if the cronjobs succeed, we must look at the log for now. an issue was created to allow these job fail :sylva-projects/sylva-core#2850

Another issue was also created to simplify minio-tenant configuration: sylva-projects/sylva-core#2872 (closed)

Last pipeline from this MR : sylva-projects/sylva-core!4552 (merged) succeeded for rke2 and kubeadm on capm3 as capo (with successful etcd and capi cronjobs)
