tools/generate_json_schema.py: make it fast

Today tools/generate_json_schema.py takes quite some time (8s on my laptop) and this is quite painful for all developers which have locally enabled pre-commit, because this tool is triggered on most changes. Since we want to encourage users to adopt pre-commit I wanted to make it faster.

This MR makes the tool run approximately 10 times faster ❯❯❯❯❯ (from 8s to 0.75s on my laptop), by:

  • processing remote schemas in parallel
    • this involved another improvement: reading values.yaml once, instead of for each remote schema...
  • keeping the remote schemas in a local file cache (~/.cache/sylva-json-schema)

(each change in a separate commit)

(this was implemented with GenAI, with light changes after a full review)

Global config for deployment pipelines

  • autorun pipelines
  • allow failure on pipelines
  • record sylvactl events

Notes:

  • Enabling autorun will make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction
  • Disabling allow failure will make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success.
  • if both autorun and allow failure are disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline

Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically. Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
