rancher unit: don't depend on keycloak-oidc-external-secrets
Today, rancher unit depends on keycloak-oidc-external-secrets unit, but:
- this is useless since
keycloak-oidc-external-secretsrelates to OIDC client secrets, and therancherunit itself does not handle Rancher configuration for OIDC clients, which is done by therancher-keycloak-oidc-providerunit (that one has a dependency onkeycloak-oidc-external-secrets - this results in having
rancherstart later that ideal, because it has to wait for a lot ofkeycloakthings
(this dependency had come from !6419 (merged), we didn't catch it during review that it wasn't needed)
The diagram below show that (at least on that sample mgmt cluster deployment run) the total runtime would have been reduced, if not for this dependency:
(the whole block of the pink rancher unit and the units that it depends on (at the exception of the short rancher-keycloak-oidc-provider unit) would have been deployed in parallel with keycloak things.

Global config for deployment pipelines
- autorun pipelines
- allow failure on pipelines
- record sylvactl events
Notes:
- Enabling
autorunwill make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction - Disabling
allow failurewill make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success. - if both
autorunandallow failureare disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline
Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically.
Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
