Improve helm templating performance of sylva-units (~25% gain on CPU time, memory use improved as well)
What does this MR do and why?
This MR proposes some optimization to improve the performance of helm templating.
Most of the optimizations consist in returning the recursing templates results by setting it in a dict passed in a parameter instead of serializing the result in json (and deserializing it in the caller)
This MR comes in 3 commit, each one bringing some gain:
As a reference, on main, the command time helm template . -f management.values.yaml &>/dev/null takes 32s
With first commit "Optimize all-unit-dependencies computation" this command takes 25s to complete
The two subsequent commits bring ~1s of gain, finally the command takes 23s on my laptop.

Notes:
- Enabling
autorunwill make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction - Disabling
allow failurewill make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success. - if both
autorunandallow failureare disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline
Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically.
Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
