rancher-roles-management: more drift correction ignore rules

Closes #3500 (closed)

To have our Flux/Helm-based lifecycle coexist with the labels and annotations added on ClusterRoleTemplateBindings by Rancher we need to ignore more fields, and since some annotations keys are dynamic, and because we cannot wildcard, we need to ignore all labels.

This MR also fixes an issue with the /metadata/labels/auth.management.cattle.io rule, which wouldn't match any actual labels; the actual labels have auth.management.cattle.io as the prefix of the keys, but auth.management.cattle.io is not an actual label key).

Global config for deployment pipelines

  • autorun pipelines
  • allow failure on pipelines
  • record sylvactl events

Notes:

  • Enabling autorun will make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction
  • Disabling allow failure will make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success.
  • if both autorun and allow failure are disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline

Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically. Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
