prevent Flux Helm drift correction on Rancher ClusterRoleTemplateBinding labels
What does this MR do and why?
Rancher add auth.management.cattle.io label to the ClusterRoleTemplateBinding ressource for internal Rancher purpose. This generate drift correction by the Fllux helm-controller.
The aim of this MR is to add an ignore rule in the HelmRelease.spec.driftDectection of the rancher-cluster-role-bindings and rancher-roles-management: units to specify to Flux helm-controller to not correct the drift and coexist with change made by Rancher

- allow failure on pipelines

Notes:
- Enabling
autorunwill make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction - Disabling
allow failurewill make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success. - if both
autorunandallow failureare disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline
Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically.
Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
