What does this MR do and why?
Wait for wkld-detect-unplanned-node-rolling-updates job to finish before starting workload cluster update in CI, otherwise we could have some cases where this jobs is running in parallel of the update of the workload and detect false positive.
The drawback will be that if this test failed, the update of the workload will not be played (but in this case we already have a serious issue with the unplanned rolling update)

Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically.
Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
