Fix parsing to support rich editing switching

What does this MR do and why?

The introduction of the enabled unit feature breaks the parsing when the emoji are replaced by their text equivalent (when switching between rich editing and normal editing in gitlab UI)

The reason behing is that our regex will try to catch space and semi colon, and so will catch everything after the first text emoji equivalent see: https://regex101.com/r/1BDZeN/1

The fix change the regex to have a look ahead assertion to ensure we stop as soon as we match one emoji and/or his text equivalent. The list of markers is dynamically build in the regex to avoid the need of maintaining it in 2 places

• allow failure on pipelines

Notes:

• Enabling autorun will make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction
• Disabling allow failure will make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success.
• if both autorun and allow failure are disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline

Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically. Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
