add support of Kubernetes 1.33

content of the MR, additionally to introduce support for Kubernetes 1.33 (1.33.5) and setting as the default value:

• cis-operator is no longer supported in rancher 2.12.x , which is updated to rancher-compliance
• rancher charts upgrades from 106.x.x to 107.x.x

Notes:

• Enabling autorun will make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction
• Disabling allow failure will make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success.
• if both autorun and allow failure are disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline

Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically. Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
