Improve how drifted HRs are detected and improve script output
What does this MR do and why?
This MR improves the Helm drift detection script used for drift detection in Flux. The previous version only captured HelmReleases that had drift corrections applied, which missed cases where drift was detected but not yet corrected. It aims on changing the pattern for detecting HelmReleases which have drifted, by covering more patterns that are being reported by Flux helm controller when detecting or correcting a drift.
This new version ensures all drift events (detected or corrected) are reported. It also improves the script readability when an unexpected drift is detected, by: counting the number of drift events per HelmRelease, displaying the latest timestamp alongside the total count, printing all drift actions in chronological order.
