Fix grafana login test using hurl

What does this MR do and why?

Since we merged a new monitoring version I've seen multiples failures into login test due of grafana access through rancher.

error: Assert failure
  --> ./tools/login-test/rancher-mgmt.hurl:19:0
   |
   | POST https://{{rancher_url}}/api/v1/namespaces/cattle-monitoring-system/services/http:rancher-monitoring-grafana:80/proxy/?orgId=1
   | ...
19 | header "Location" == "/api/v1/namespaces/cattle-monitoring-system/services/http:rancher-monitoring-grafana:80/proxy/login"
   |   actual:   string </api/v1/namespaces/cattle-monitoring-system/services/http:rancher-monitoring-grafana:80/proxy/login?redirectTo=%2F%3ForgId%3D1>
   |   expected: string </api/v1/namespaces/cattle-monitoring-system/services/http:rancher-monitoring-grafana:80/proxy/login>

Now the URL redirect is made directly to /api/v1/namespaces/cattle-monitoring-system/services/http:rancher-monitoring-grafana:80/proxy/login when grafana is accessed via rancher, so it's not required to change it into our test.

Closes #2674 (closed).

Global config for deployment pipelines

  • autorun pipelines
  • allow failure on pipelines
  • record sylvactl events

Notes:

  • Enabling autorun will make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction
  • Disabling allow failure will make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success.
  • if both autorun and allow failure are disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline

Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically. Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
