Use new sylva-library tags for main
sylva-library repo has been missed in the process of creating a stable branch for sylva 1.4
what we need to do is:
- (1) create a release-0.3 branch for work for sylva-1.4, from the 0.3.5 tag used in sylva-core release-1.4
- (2) create a 0.3.7 and do an MR in sylva-core release-1.4 to use it
- (3) create a 0.4.0 tag, from the 0.3.5 tag used in sylva-core release-1.4, and use it in sylva-core main
- (4) create an MR in sylva-core main to use 0.4.0
- (5) tag new sylva-library with 0.4.1 -- the new work for cabpoa will use that one
- (and tag 0.3.6 should not be used anywhere)

Notes:
- Enabling
autorunwill make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction - Disabling
allow failurewill make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success. - if both
autorunandallow failureare disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline
Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically.
Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
