[release-1.3] Modify MinIO Tenant Kyverno policy, in order to avoid drift detection

What does this MR do and why?

This MR was raised as a follow-up from !4381 (merged) and the issue described in #2397 (closed). Initially, the Kyverno policy that was modifying the Tenant resources used patchStrategicMerge to patch /spec/env. The issue is that by following this approach, the list will be overwritten with the new value MINIO_TRIGGER_RESTART and the existing env variable MINIO_PROMETHEUS_AUTH_TYPE will be removed, which will cause Flux to detect a drift.

In this MR, the Kyverno policy was changed in order to avoid such scenario. By the addition of MINIO_TRIGGER_RESTART into the values.yaml file and the patching method, Flux will not detect the drift happening anymore.

Test coverage

This was tested in a CAPO environment and the result is the expected one: MinIO pods are getting restarted on secret change and Flux is not detecting the drift anymore.

Global config for deployment pipelines

  • autorun pipelines
  • allow failure on pipelines
  • record sylvactl events

Notes:

  • Enabling autorun will make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction
  • Disabling allow failure will make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success.
  • if both autorun and allow failure are disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline

Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically. Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
