[backport-1.3] CI: typo versionned -> versioned

This MR backports !3760 (merged)

What may seem like just a typo is in fact a pain, because we end up with places that would need SYLVA_CI_VERSIONED_CI_VALUES_FOLDER and others SYLVA_CI_VERSIONNED_CI_VALUES_FOLDER (two Ns).

This MR fixes this mess.
