sylva-units _os-images.tpl code cleanups
Closes #1322 (closed)
I had #1322 (closed) assigned to me and decided to address it.
I ended up doing something slightly different from what was intended, and a bit more cleanups.
This MR:
- ensures in a simpler way, that sylva_diskimagebuilder_images and os_images_oci_registries are interpreted before being used
- use
| include "interpret"for this - I opted to do this rather than force interpret all Values as suggested in #1322 (closed), because this is overkill (recursive interpretation is costly) and I'm not sure about side effects that may result from interpreting things in a different order
- avoids introducing variables for these uselessly at the same time
- use
- fixes some comments
- uses the
<dict> | digstyle fordigcalls, which I find more readable

Notes:
- Enabling
autorunwill make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction - Disabling
allow failurewill make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success. - if both
autorunandallow failureare disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline
Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically.
Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
