Fix extract_from_job_name() function in CI script

What does this MR do and why?

Fixes bug introduced by !3995 (merged) preventing extract_from_job_name() function to work as expected.

The point is mainly to make sure WORKFLOW_NAME is used as a single argument even if it includes some spaces.

Test has be made in this pipeline: https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-core/-/jobs/9304381197 => for testing purpose DEPLOYMENT_OS was not injected and it was well retrieved from workflow name

Global config for deployment pipelines

  • autorun pipelines
  • allow failure on pipelines
  • record sylvactl events

Notes:

  • Enabling autorun will make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction
  • Disabling allow failure will make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success.
  • if both autorun and allow failure are disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline

Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically. Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
