Disable hostPort for RKE2 Ingress NGINX Controller

What does this MR do and why?

This MR was raised to address the issue stated in #1859 (closed). It is simply setting controller.hostPort.enabled to false for the ingress-nginx controller. By removing the hostPort, we can avoid unnecessary configuration and prevent potential conflicts (maybe other resources would like to use ports 80/443 on the host), since the LoadBalancer service already handles the routing.

Test coverage

This was tested in a CAPO deployment and the controller is getting deployed without the hostPort configuration.

Global config for deployment pipelines

  • autorun pipelines
  • allow failure on pipelines

Notes:

  • Enabling autorun will make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction
  • Disabling allow failure will make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success.
  • if both autorun and allow failure are disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline

Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically. Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
