Fix crustgather collect when https_proxy env variable is set

What does this MR do and why?

Since the last crustgather upgrade, crustgather is not collecting anything when https_proxy env variable is set.

The kube crate which is used by crustgather modified the way to manage proxies. Only https_proxy env variable is parsed. Even if we wanted to use proxy to collect a cluster, we would need to recompile crustgather as the feature http-proxy is not enabled on kube dependency.

This MR force unset https_proxy on crustgather command line.
