[backport-1.3] Removing incorrect certificate and DNS setting in kubevirt manager

This MR will replace the hardcoded values set for dns name and common name under kubevirt-manager-certificate.yml Also using the correct certificate name

Initially there was mismatch in the ingress of kubevirt-manager with actual certificate
