update Kubernetes patch versions to 1.30.6, 1.29.10, 1.28.15 and align calico + ingress-nginx

This MR update Kubernetes patch versions to 1.30.6, 1.29.10, 1.28.15 and align Calico and Ingress-nginx:

• consumes sylva-projects/sylva-elements/diskimage-builder!286 (merged) with an updated diskimage builder version
• aligns Calico and ingress-nginx versions to the ones used by RKE2 for those versions
  • note that the new versions are simple: all releases happen to be aligned
  • the information on calico and ingress-nginx version was taken from:
