fix a typo in the example rke2-capv environment values

In the folder environment-values/workload-cluster/rke2-capv , it is mentioned cabpk instead of cabpr

Change image_name from "ubuntu-2004-kube-v1.24.10 to tpl-ubuntu-2204-rke2-v1.24.12+rke2r1
