What does this MR do and why?

test sylva-projects/sylva-elements/ci-tooling/ci-deployment-values!112 (merged)

Interface names remappings are not yet compatible with bare nic use

The goal is to restore a standard network configuration for upgrades (no bond, no name remapping)
