Remove preview exception in CI

What does this MR do and why?

Suggestion to manage the preview as a step in our generic deployment pipeline. As it it mainly remove a duplicate file (capd-preview). But in the future it can allow to more easily have a preview for any kind of variant ( That may be useful for validating ci values for example)
