revert sylva-capi-cluster to 0.2.44

As explained in sylva-projects/sylva-elements/helm-charts/sylva-capi-cluster!490 (merged), sylva-projects/sylva-elements/helm-charts/sylva-capi-cluster!417 (merged) merged in sylva-capi-cluster introduced a regression.

This change was adopted in sylva-core when bumping the s-c-c tag from 0.2.44 to 0.2.45 (and was the only change introduced by the bump).

This MR reverts this sylva-capi-cluster bump to fix our CI while we're landing the revert in sylva-capi-cluster.
