What does this MR do and why?

Forcing the interface naming scheme in IPA to fix DHCP-Less deployments

Relates to #1669 (closed)

This can't be a definitive solution as we don't have any way to force ironicKernelParams in our values.yaml (they can be overwritten by end-users values)

It is proposed as a workaround to fix the CI until we get an upstream resolution of that issue.
